- Well, finally after struggling a while with the esp i figure it out what was wrong :)

- animating Main Char steps:
- 1. Open console.
- 2. Type \"TFC\"
- 3. Type player. PlayIdle pcXX (xx = 1 to 48)
- 4. Enjoy the pose
- animating NPC steps:
- 1. Open console.
- 2. select the NPC via mouse click or PRID (NPC name should be readen on top of the screen with the full ID)
- 3. Type PlayIdle pcXX (xx = 1 to 48)
- 4. Enjoy the pose
- If u want to stop the current pose type \"PlayIdle Reset\" command or type previous playidle command or TAB button.
- Install:
- Extract the file with Winzip or Winrar.
- Copy ActionPoses.esp and meshes folder to your Data folder.
- Uninstall
- Delete ActionPoses.esp and Meshes\\characters\\_male\\idleanims\\ActionPoses folder.
