Location ======== Springvalle. its located right behind the megaton sign. there is also a bio hazard sign beside the man hole to show you where it is. Install ======= put the esp. file into the Programfiles/bethesda/fallout3/data folder. whne running the game go to the \"data files\" and check off the file named \"item room\".
