I love Fallout 2. And I have played it dozens upon dozens of times.
The gameplay is very uneven though. Many attacks deal no damage (burst weapons) then hundreds (critical burst damage). Well no more. NPCs, armor, weapons and healing has all been rebalanced.
Made to be more fun but fairer.
Fallout 2 Manual that has been changed to have the correct info for the mod is the optional file.
