extra experience is gained for each kill of that kill type.
Added settable number or ranks.
Added Grand Master perk.
Now has all 19 of vanilla kill types,
and the 2 from megamod.
XPMaster.ini has every numerical aspect of the perks as a setting.
This mod and Random Encounters nicely complement each other.
