YOU'RE POWERED UP - Support Syringer Ammo

Description: As said in the small decription, this mod adds syringer ammo meant to support allies (specifically followers).  Based off of Stims and Chems Syringer Ammo from TheGreenLion

There are 6 new ammo types that are crafted at the chem station and fired through the syringer:

Stimpak Syringe - Heals 33% of targets health over 5 seconds Med-X Syringe - +25% Damage Resistance for 5 minutes Psycho Syringe - +25% to Damage and Damage Resistance for 5 minutes Overdrive Syringe - +25% to Damage and Critical Chance for 8 minutes Ultimate Syringe - Heals 66% of target's health over 1 minute; bolstering damage, damage resistance, and critical chance by 25% for 5 minutes. (so you can be Ana from Overwatch) Robot Repair Syringe - Heals 30% of target robot's Health and removes 200 Rads over 5 seconds (Available in DLC Version only)

As with the original mod  Med-X, Psycho, and Overdrive syringes each require their corresponding chem + 1 steel to craft; while the Stimpak Syringe require just the Stimpak.

For the additional ammo types that I have provided, here are the crafting requirements

Ultimate Syringe - 1 Stimpak Syringe, 1 Psycho Syringe, 1 Overdrive Syringe, and 1 Steel (diminishing returns plus it's you're ultimate) Robot Repair Syringe - 1 Robot Repair Kit + 1 Plastic (as well as 1 rank in Science! and Robotics Expert (I did this for immersion, you need to know how to solder PCBs and apply energy correctly to the target robot, basic electronic and robotics engineering))

Known Issues: -Neutral or friendly NPCs that are not followers may turn hostile if shot with a Support Syringe -Fallen followers will not get back up until out of combat
