You're Not Okay

What Tthis mod is: a massive overhaul to many of the game’s random encounters, NPCs, creatures and interactions. People might decide to randomly explode, or your weapons might start talking to you. Enemies will talk in your dead spouse’s voice and you can even hear baby Shaun crying off in the distance.

What this mod was supposed to be: an insanity meter was going to be implemented that would go up the less you slept, more you killed and less concussion pills you took after banging your head coming out of the cryo pod. As your condition got worse, more and more insane things would occur until the game was hardly recognizable. The culmination of it all would be a new final-boss type event that would have you encountering the reaper Rampage in a one-on-one fight. When you killed her you could loot a key that would unlock the new dungeon outside Sanctuary and lead you on a new quest with enemies, puzzles, traps and rewards. Unfortunately little of that exists as it stands and will not be implemented in future.
