There are clean and weathered versions of most. They DO count as bed resources for your settlement and are assignable to specific settlers. And they do sleep on them. You can find them in the beds category of the furniture menu.
I have uploaded an Optional ESL version. Please don't use both plugins and complain about the beds being doubled in your menu. You only need one.
