xrayys eye normal map fo4 beta

i checked my mod again and due to the current situation that higher resolutions seem to be ignored by the fo4 engine in many setups (found this hint in eyes of beauty mod) my mod will not work for all users as intended. it works in skyrim but it may not work in fo4 and you may encounter no or only minimal difference compared to standard settings. as far as i tested, this applies to all fo4 mods and fixes based on eye normal map texture optimization. i did some retests to confirm that.

you are welcome to do your own tests and share your results (see my sticky post).

i use nearly lossless bc7 1k compressed high res eye normal map. the included mipmaps guarantee lowest possible use of ram.

the intended higher res eye experience and crystal clear eye reflection do not work currently due to fo4 engine limitation.

i recommend eyes of beauty mod for nice npc eyes and i can confirm at least this mod works fine!

you can use my texture for testing purposes and in some cases it seems to work. suggestions on how to circumvent the existing resolution limitations in many setups are welcome.
