Description

- Adds Winry Rockbell's black tank top from Fullmetal Alchemist: Brotherhood to the game.
- I interpreted it as being made out of leather; may or may not be true, hard to judge from an anime.
- It's half unzipped because the zipper is broken obviously, it's the post-apocalypse and zippers break all the time, it's more realistic like that
- Comes in 2 versions, default black and a vault version.
- Both versions are craftable at the chem lab
- It's modeled on and uses a customized version of the CBBE body by default (link to that in the FAQ).

This is made to work with mine and I can't account for everything, I have my own reasons for setting it up like this. You can do it, I believe in you !
