Adds a lock to the Widow shotgun's abandoned cellar for those that do not want to be able to obtain that weapon right at the start of a new game. There is a note placed on the cellar hatch that has a clue as to where the key is located.

2. 4estGimp - Widow Shotgun Precombine Fix (Optional, but highly recommended. Fixes Precombine issues and adds immersion to my mod)
