Welcome To Salem

WELCOME TO SALEM

This release contains 3 external settlement sites at Salem -location of the game. They are vanilla player settlement sites, meaning there is no need for other MOD's or any of the DLC's. There should be no mismatch with other MOD's, apart from those that also affect same areas of course. I also highly recommend using some of the wonderful building MOD's, like Homemaker e.g.  I do so myself.

It is recommended that you play through quest Kill The Mirelurks before installing these MOD's as it is already difficult to get that quest going and done.

Settlement Of Salem (SettlementOfSalem.esp),

is a settlement that covers most of Salem proper.

Outskirts Of Salem (SalemOutskirtsSettlement.esp),

is a settlement that spans from Diner to Museum.

Piers Of Salem (PiersOfSalem.esp),

is a settlement that covers East side of Salem's shoreline.

This is NOT a game save!

Installing these mods couldn't be any simpler: just copy the *.esp files from where you unzipped them into your Fallout4/Data -folder! These MOD's are totally vanilla, so only Fallout 4 is needed. As of now, these MOD's works fine on my PC, but I have not tested them on other PC's. This means that you might find bugs. Please inform me of those, and I'll do my best to fix them!

NOTICE 1: I hate making borders, so these External Settlements don't have them. If this is a deal breaker for you, then maybe you want to  make those borders?

NOTICE 2: Piers Of Salem -MOD is the same as previously released standalone version 2. 2, it just belongs with these other 2 MOD's so was added here. So there is no need to replace it if you have MOD already installed.

NOTICE 3: Load Order that works for me is as follows --> Piers Of Salem -> Outskirts Of Salem -> Settlement Of Salem

Cautionary Mention: Most of the builds seen in pictures are only examples, they do not exists in MOD's!

ps. I just mention something you all already know: There is no MUST to install all 3 settlements. You can install any combination of the two of them, or even select just one of them to use.
