Water Fountain.

What it says on the tin, adds a pure water fountain, as seen in Vaults. Listed under Resources==>Water, it has a water carton image.  V3 edits the existing 3d model, removing the "ground snap" so it'll snap to walls (and stay there) just fine now.

<INSTALL/UPDATE INFO:> If you have a previous version of this mod, please uninstall it fully using NMM (right-click, select delete, say yes to all prompts)(optional to  clean your save of the modded object at this step, should be fine without, I was during testing) before installing the new version. No idea how other mod managers work, I use NMM and only understand how it works, so I cannot offer any real support regarding those programs/how to do whatever in them.  Any related issues should be solved by 1) following Manual uninstall instructions below and/or 2) Using NMM from now on.

<MANUAL uninstall INFO> Fountain - Main.ba2 MUST BE deleted/renamed to Fountain - Main.ba2. BAK before installing the update or you risk infestation by save-file eating Gremlins. Also no support from me if you fail to read. Dunno what would happen with 2 of the same .ba2, likely more Gremlins. I'm not a bad-ass bow-shooting  Mogwi, so you're SOL.
