Adds a recipe you can use to collect purified water from your settlements.

It seems like crafting defaults to using stuff in the workshop storage before taking it from your inventory, at least for some things. So I came up with this easy way (providing you have supply lines set up of course) to collect the purified water (as well as bottlecaps) that your settlements generate without having to visit them. Now you can just use the recipes in the Utility section of the Cooking workbench.

Introducing (to this mod at least) the wonderful world of item conditional crafting recipes! Which recipe you see depends on how many folders (yes, folders) you have in your inventory.
If you have no folders on your inventory: 100 purified water crafts 100 purified water 100 bottlecaps crafts 100 bottlecaps
If you have 1 folder in your inventory: 1000 purified water crafts 1000 purified water 1000 bottlecaps crafts 1000 bottlecaps
If you have 2 or more folders in your inventory: 10000 purified water crafts 10000 purified water 10000 bottlecaps crafts 10000 bottlecaps
This gets around the vanilla crafting bug that seems to happen if you have more than one recipe that crafts the same item.

Just keep crafting until you see start seeing item removed.

Only problem is I can't figure out how to remove xp from the crafting so it could be considered an exploit.
This mod does not automatically collect the water and caps, you have to use the recipes!
