This mod adds a unique raider armor inspired by Salt-Upon-Wounds from Fallout NV. Can be found on Scutter in Hyde Park or crafted at the chem station under "Unique Raider Armors"
The armor adds +2 Strength and the helmet adds +1 Endurance.
The plugin is marked light.
The loincloth has pretty standard physics but the shotgun shells on the helmet use some hair physics I'm trying for the first time so let me know if there are issues
FO4 does a pretty good job of establishing raider identities and lore, but I thought they could use some different/more interesting outfits. This mod is the start of a planned series to give various named raiders some unique outfits to make them feel more distinct from each other (and worth hunting down).
Location:
The armor and helmet are worn by Scutter in Hyde Park. Both are craftable in case you've already killed him (the recipes aren't particularly cheap, though), or you can use the console to add it. Console command to get the IDs:
help "wasteland warlord" 4 armo
If Scutter has already spawned in your game but you haven't killed him, he will start wearing this armor once you spend enough days far away from Hyde Park (waiting inside 3-7 days will guarantee it)
Compatibility:
This will only conflict with any mods that edit Scutter's NPC record. Load this below anything that might do that (or make a patch)
