Caretaker’s Tower
Comes with a bed for the settler and a bed for you, has safe storage at level 3 (if you refresh the plot the contents are moved to the workshop). Four stories, suits the no foundation type best. Can only be built by the player, via the ASAM-sensor.
Crusty Mechanic Shack
Makeshift tinkerer's home, two-story house. Use with concrete foundation for best effect.
Dark Tower

Diner Home
