Changes Wasteland Survival Guide 5's perk effect to gain a permanent discount from all Diamond City vendors.
I found that the perk effect from Wasteland Survival Guide 5 was underwhelming, especially since you can already learn of Diamond City's location from the first main quest and even an NPC close to the magazine's location. This mod alters the perk effect to provide a permanent 10% discount from all vendors in Diamond City instead.
Note that this mod directly modifies Wasteland Survival Guide 5's perk and message records, and may conflict with other mods that also edit those records.
