Restore a little amount of HP but since it uses the same base healing effect as stimpacks, it will also temporarily stop a bleeding if you use the last version of Wasteland Ballistics.
Splint Kit :
Fix your limbs. Very handy to fix those wounds but does not restore any HP.
Medkit :
Fix your limbs and restore Some HP (half the HP you would get from a stimpack).
Radsoup :
Slowly reduce your radiations but no side effect.
Coffee :
Usefull as a stimulant, it will also quench your thirst (in survival).
Those items can be found in the Commonwealth and be crafted.
