Main file comes with pre-made meshes they are made to look as close as possible to Lady Dimitrescu, every screenshot is made using them.
Dress uses stock Fallout 4 physics, dont expect Skyrim like HDT-SMP physics.
Use this tool to manually comperes textures to 2k, 1K Fallout 4 Texture Compressor
No additional textures (material swaps).
