Vivid Weathers - Audio Slider Patch

Rain and Thunder audio is supposed to be adjustable in the popular Vivid Weather's mod. I understand that some users are missing the audio sliders to control the volume in their settings menu so I made a simple patch to add it back in. The mod author of Vivid Weathers is aware of this issue and has mentioned that whenever they reupload the file into nexus it removes that option for whatever reason.

This patch is for whomever may want to use it. I made it for personal use so beware of any possible problems that may arise although I haven't had any. It doesn't change anything within the original mod itself except adding the line "Should Appear on Menu" in the corresponding sound categories.

I'm not a modder and I actually don't have a lot of technical ability in regards to modding so please use at your own discretion.  I used FO4Edit to create the patch and it is saved as an .esp file but will read as an .esl file. My basic understanding is that .esl files put much less stress onto your game but act similar to a normal mod file. This is a very small file regardless.
