(I'm using esl-flagged esp's for my mods, they don't add to the plugin limit)
the textures are less V-Ram heavy than the original ones!
If you don't like the puddles just install my 'puddle remover' (Miscellaneous Section) and they are gone.
What are the benefits of a All in One?
You don't have to install all my mods independently anymore.
The ba2 archive runs a lot smoother than loose textures!
LOD refusing to despawn is a well known Vanilla bug.
Changing following solved it for me.
Fallout4Prefs.ini:

change it to:
fMeshLODLevel1FadeDist=80000
fMeshLODLevel2FadeDist=40000
