📋 About This Mod
Vault 201: Black Site Epiales
A broken smokestack leads down into the depths of humanity's own hell on earth; a black site, a pre-war army medical facility charged with work so morally disgusting you'll just need to discover it for yourself.
This mod tells the story of QM-794 Epiales, a facility tasked with... well, the dirty work. I will leave it to the player to find out what happened down there, and only hope they can handle the idea.
This mod requires all DLC; it is the second part of a planned series of Vault 201 mods, and is designed to 'play along' with that mod but can be played alone. Again, mod does not require Vault 201: Skeleton Crew to function, but if you do have it you'll have a secondary entrance available.

✨ Key Features
📊 Pros & Cons
✅ Pros
- Solid community backing (412 endorsements) shows it's a well-received location mod.
- High download count (8,679) suggests many players have tried it out.
- The premise of a morally dark black site is intriguing for lore-hunters.
⚠️ Cons
- Last updated in 2019, so it may not be fully compatible with the latest Fallout 4 patches or DLC.
- No detailed feature list, so you're going in blind on what to expect inside.
- Potential conflicts with other mods that alter the same area or add similar underground locations.
For Fallout 4 explorers who love uncovering dark lore and want a new dungeon to crawl through. If you're into morally gray storytelling and pre-war secrets, this is your jam. Skip if you're looking for gameplay overhauls or quest mods with voice acting.
💡 Beginner Tips
- Make sure you have the Fallout 4 Script Extender (F4SE) if the mod requires it, though not stated, it's common for location mods.
- Use a mod manager like Vortex or Mod Organizer 2 to avoid manual file conflicts.
- Check the mod's comments section for any known issues or compatibility patches before installing.
