Description
This mod makes Vault 111 and the giant Billboard next to it visible from a distance. It always drove me nuts how the Vault Exit and the Billboard next to it faded in as I was already in Sanctuary. With this mod you can now see the Vault Exit and the Billboard from a very long distance, which I find makes Sanctuary look a whole lot nicer when entering the settlement.
I did not generate any new LOD. This "fix" is simply done by giving the objects the "Persistent, Full LOD" flag in xEdit.
I used the Creation Kit to convert to ESL.
This mod was inspired by Starlight Drive In LOD Fix by neeher (which I highly recommend). I noticed the same happening with
Vault 111 and the Billboard and I really didn't like it so I applied a similar "fix" to these objects.
I may do this with more landmarks if I find any that really bother me. Unfortunately doing this with too many objects could create some
issues, so I will stick with important landmarks.
I'm open to suggestions.

This is a very simple plugin so there shouldn't be any issues.
An esl version is also available and won't count towards your plugin limit.
