Vana's Full City Plan Pack Part 3

This is Part 3 of my full City Plan Packs for Sim Settlments 2.  I have tried to configure them for lots of happiness, because nothing is better than seeing that little bar max out.  I hope you guys find them helpful.  They are all single level with lots of defense and recreational plots.  All numbers shown are at max plot levels.
