Unpowered Lightboxes

This mod simply makes lightboxes not require power to function, so that people don't have to either use cheat generator mods or have vast warehouses of generators to power signs. You still have to link them to a grid with power, but they don't actually consume any.

Just making this clearer: These now use the same 'amount' of power as any other light in the game (like the hanging lightbulb): 0. As in they don't consume any. But if you don't have enough to power what you have, like if you have a terminal and 2 powered speakers, just like how it turns off every non-essential light, it also turns off the lightboxes. There's no way I can find to make it so you can link them but them be on all the time, and just placing the lightbox without having to link them at all isn't what this mod is about: It's for making massive arrays of lightboxes for signs easier to make, because they really shouldn't have consumed an entire power unit each anyways.
