This is a F4SE plugin which makes you fast travel freely from any location under any circumstance,for example,fast travel from interior,fast travel in survival mode, etc .
Enable fast travel in survival mode;
Enable fast travel form interior or independent worldspace;
Enable fast travel when enemies are nearby;
Enable fast travel while guards are pursuing you;
Enable fast travel while taking health damage;
Enable fast travel when you're carrying too much;
Enable fast travel while jumping or falling;
Enable fast travel from locations where you can only travel to an exterior location on a Vertibird;
Enable fast travel when fast travel is unavailable from current location;
Enable fast travel when fast travel is disabled by Papyrus scripts or console.
