📋 About This Mod
Adds headlamp to the medium and heavy synth combat helmets from the armor collection. If these helmet variations haven't spawned in the game, when they do, the default headlamp should be enabled.
The plugin has ESL flag. Includes override of two object mods and armor record for the synth combat helmet. Also the nifs for medium and heavy helmets were edited to add attach point for the light.

✨ Key Features
📊 Pros & Cons
✅ Pros
- Tiny patch that does exactly what it says—no bloat, just a headlamp on two helmets.
- Decent download count (7,942) shows there's real demand for this QoL tweak.
- Recently updated (Feb 2026), so it's likely compatible with current mod setups.
⚠️ Cons
- Low endorsement count (41) means it's not widely tested—could have hidden issues.
- Only affects two helmets, so if you don't use those, this mod is useless.
- Potential compatibility risk with other mods that alter the same helmets or add headlamp effects.
For Fallout 4 players who use Tumbajamba's Synth Armor Collection and want a practical headlamp on the medium or heavy helmets. If you're not using that armor mod, skip this—it's a niche patch for a specific loadout.
💡 Beginner Tips
- Make sure you have Tumbajamba's Synth Armor Collection installed first, or this patch won't do anything.
- Load this patch after the main armor mod in your load order to ensure the headlamp applies correctly.
- If you're using a mod manager, let it handle the file placement—manual install is fine but riskier.
