###Truly Ghoulish###
Updates the Ghoulish perk (Endurance 9) so that it actually functions as described. Radiation not only causes you to heal lost HP (always did that) it also does not reduce your max HP. This means you can truly wander through the Glowing Sea in your skivvies if you should so please. According to the official strategy guide, this is how the perk worked in the first place, and all of the flavor text seems to point to that being the case as well. Does not change the rate at which each level of Ghoulish restores health.
I know it's been a long time, but I finally decided to update this mod with a more progressive approach to balancing. It will now remove rads at a rate of 5 per second at rank 1, and doubling at each subsequent rank (5/10/20/40). This is fully compatible with Nuka World (and requires it to be installed!). Those who still want the old, non Nuka-world variant can grab the legacy version with 1000/sec rad removal.
Truly Ghoulish tweaks the Ghoulish perk in Fallout 4 so that radiation no longer reduces your maximum health, while keeping the healing effect.
