Tracer Blink for Players

The player can use blink like Tracer from Overwatch. The direction of the blink is triggered based on the direction the player is moving, not the camera's orientation. Blink can be stored up to 3 times.

To use this feature, you must first configure a hotkey in the MCM. Go to the MCM menu, find 'Tracer Blink for Players', and register a hotkey.

This mod does not work with the Next-Gen.

As seen in the MCM screenshot above, you can customize the blink icon type, hotkey, icon position and size, as well as the blink distance and charge speed in the MCM.

All items can be easily understood without additional explanation, but since the 'INI File Hotkey' requires clarification, it will be explained separately below.

'INI File Hotkey'

This feature allows you to use Blink even when hotkey settings cannot be applied through MCM, such as when using the Ctrl key or a controller. This method should only be used if hotkey settings cannot be set via MCM.

1. Go to the F4SE\Plugins folder within your mod directory.

2. Open the Keycode Reference.txt file and find the number for the key you want to apply.

3. Open the blinkHotkey.ini file and change useiniFileHotkey=0 to 1, then enter the value you found in step 2 after keycode=.

4. Go to the MCM settings and enable INI File Hotkey.

5. To cancel a hotkey, disable the INI File Hotkey option. To change the key, modify the value after keycode=, then disable and re-enable the INI File Hotkey option.

- If you experience a CTD when setting up the INI File Hotkey, please refrain from using this feature.
