Toxic Raider Armour - The Black Death
Adds Black Death Paint to the Toxic Raider Armour.
And while at it I ended up doing a few more stuff...

[]Added the Paint Keyword to all the armor pieces. Would of course not work without that.
[
]Created new GO/Wordspace meshes for all the armor pieces to better display the color change.[]Changed the custom Size Attach Point to instead use the vanilla Size Attach Point. This will move it to the top, rather than the bottom.
[]Cleaned up the keywords for the "Clothes" piece.
[]Removed the Legendary Attach Point for the Piercings, Collar and Goggles as they already have an Object Effect.
[]Tweaked the stats increase per size to better mimic the visual change. Heavy ends up pretty much the same as before.
[]Created a new Crafted version for the armor pieces due to templates being randomly picked otherwise, to make sure it's always light when crafted.
[]Filled out the templates for the original armor entries to now also include Material and Misc (with epic chances as well as the new Black Death!).
- Created new leveled lists based on the Leather Armor that can be easily used to add the new black death armors to npcs!
This last one is currently not used, just setup so it can be used for injection easily into the leveled list by other mods.
