Way back in 2075, a whistle blower, of as to whom their story has long since been lost to the ages of the great war, found something. Something disturbing. A record of the deceits of a high ranking official, by the name of Todd Howard.

This drive, kept secret by the board of directors at Bethsoft made it into the hands of this whistle blower through an unknown grace of events. He knew what he had to do.

He was to give it to the Vault-Tec representatives at Vault 111 to prevent a specific family from being allowed access until the game was actually good without mods, but he never made it in time. The family made it into the vault before the tape could enter responsible hands, and so began the downward spiral of events that we know today as Fallout 4.

Sometimes, the forces of good just don't win.
