I have another Tina DeLuca mod coming up soon to expand on this rather overlooked NPC, so I thought I'd release a bit of Tina that I used for the mod screenshots to the nexus for everyone to enjoy. Actual main mod coming soon.
Taken directly from the game data for 100% fidelity.
Install with NMM or just drop into your /data folder. Has no plugin, overwrites nothing. Requires looksmenu by expired6978.
Look under 'Tina DeLuca' in the looksmenu preset options.
Credits: expired6978 for looksmenu
Permissions: Just ask, not sure why you'd want it for your own mod though.
