Install the meshes over the original mod.
It should work with Vanilla/EVB.
This took a longer time to convert mainly because the outfit uses Objection Modification which I totally didn't know about. Thanks to Invictaxe at LL for the tip, which helped me figure out why my meshes weren't showing up properly.
