📋 About This Mod
This mod adds a spacious, luxurious player house located at the top floor of one of the highest still standing skyscrapers in the game. Inside you will find a lot of decorations, custom usable items and crafting stations, a jacuzzi and many other things. The big windows on the sides give you a great look on almost the whole map. The loft is NavMeshed and has beautiful lighting with full day-night cycle. Please note that the entrance area IS performance heavy and it will slow your game by about 10 to 15 FPS. However, the loft itself won't affect your framerate at all. UPDATE 1. 2a Added a buildable area on the roof and some workstations.
