The Shamrock Taphouse

IMPORTANT

If you've already had this mod installed, do not update to the ESL Flagged ESP, its not compatible with the Old Version 0. 0. 2

This mod will turn The Shamrock Taphouse into a fully functional and fully repaired settlement. Everything in the settlement is scrappable without the need for scrap everything. I've added some pictures of the place fully scrapped.

The raiders have been disabled. They will not respawn. If there is something on their corpses you want, get it before installing.

There is 50 food and water already set up.

There is a radiating power connection on a wall in the lower level, its near the blinking red light. It will radiate any power you supply to it, throughout the entire settlement.

I've also added a power connector to the generator sub-menu of the workshop you can use to add a direct power connection anywhere. It supplies 5 power but it does not count towards settlement power. I did that intentionally.

I've added two additional rooms to house settlers, but you can put them wherever you like. And use the rooms for whatever you want.

I haven't removed the perk magazine. Same for the drinking buddy stuff, I just moved some of it. If buddy has a problem getting out the trapdoor, just leave before him and he will follow behind you.

I have provided an ESL flagged ESP, it does contain edits of things I noticed needing fixing. Most notably, a wall mounted light that wasn't added to my scrap list. And also a fix of the ceiling in the two settler rooms. But if you have this mod installed already its best not to update until a new game.
