Then maybe you should try The Scaleo Diet!

The Scaleo Diet is a shrink and growth ray with an unusual control scheme. Fire the Scaleo Diet dilation-contraction-combined-action ray at the NPC you wish to resize. Tilt up and down in elevation to resize the NPC for a few seconds. You can leave the resizing mode early by a quick deflection in azimuth (moving the camera left or right without changing whether you look up or down). If you can't change a particularly giant or tiny person, try crouching and bashing.

You can even up-and-downsize yourself by aiming the gun at your own feet and firing (although this for some reason causes first and third person walk speed disparities which require e.g. a quicksave and quickload to fix). Unequipping and reequipping the gun whilst sneaking will scale you back to proper size if you require it.
