The Raiju - An Unarmed Energy Fist Weapon

The Raiju, named after a thunder beast in Japanese Mythology, is an unarmed brass knuckles style melee weapon that uses lasers and plasma to bludgeon... things. Most things. I hit a tree a few times while making it.

This spawns on Raiders in the wild, I've tested it, I know it does.

The institute energy does the least damage, laser does a medium amount, and plasma does the most.
