I used the file structure of the amazing sks mod by PrecisionTacos^

So, like don't worry about the stock being called sksstock.nif or whatever

So, the lore I made up for this weapon is as follows, after the battle of anchorage the us military needed a reliable space worthy gun for their next conflict after the sea of tranquility on the moon, this top-secret project would be hard to design for and lots of designers entered their designs into the program, this particular design was supposed to use old battle rifles from a previous war and get them up to speed.

Sadly, the plans never reached production as the designer died to the radioactive fallout on his way to the government office. Later organizations such as the gunners located these plans and started producing them out of scrap they found lying around the wasteland.

The rifle will appear in game after level 15-20 at vendors and factions like Institute, Railroad Heavy's (Good luck finding one of them) BoS and Gunners.

There is optional to have it replace the laser musket in which leveled lists are turned off in favor of laser musket replacing. So, with this optional it will spawn only on minutemen mostly and legendary corpses.

There are no uniques yet, but I might make a plasma version in the future.
