The Dunwich Estate is an interior settlement mod that doubles as a lore friendly expansion to the goings-on of the infamous Dunwich family- yes, that  Dunwich family. Like most properties owned by the family, the seemingly unused estate hides a dark secret... and you're not the first one who's found it.

The Dunwich Estate is located just south of the Waves Crest Orphanage (much to the dismay of many of the children who were homed there previously). For those survival players (or those who don't want to journey there themselves) I've created two boats that link like doors to one another, one behind the estate, another in front of Kasumi's boat at Far Harbor.

Additional Info

The estate was locked from the inside by the last person who entered, so you're going to need to look around the property to see about finding the spare keys. You could always start with the groundskeepers shack, but if you want to just look around, make sure you leave no stone unturned!

Once you've entered the estate, don't forget to do the things normal home owners do. Pick which room is yours, open the doors to air the place out, and check the basement for... "mold"

If you do happen to find something down there, but you find that you don't want to use it, keep in mind that it doubles as a cool piece of artwork when placed using the workshop!
