Got bored and had to vent my anger somehow. replaces the "prepared for the future" billboard to look like the Fallout 1st artwork.
best experienced with a limited fast travel mod and limited storage mod
throw in one of the NCR armor mods if you feel like it ;)
i left the PNG files as is in case anyone wants them too!
installation: frop the "textures" folder into the Data folder. simple as that!
