Part of my Technocracy series
Wasteland Energy Shields by neotropic is one of the best mods I've ever played. It makes enemies far more interesting to fight, particularly when a heavily armoured foe stomps towards you with a powerful shield protecting him from your laser bolts. However, the only available sound patch for the mod, which otherwise uses Steath Boy sounds, is designed specifically with Halo in mind. So I decided to, inspired by Kelcken's mod, make my own.
