Part of my Technocracy series
Once again I've scoured the web for audio libraries and reasonable sources for the least janky laser sounds possible - and included an ESP that removes static attenuation from all basegame energy weapon shot sound effects. I have not changed the reloading sound effects and V. A. T. S. shots for some weapons will play slowed down versions of the original vanilla sounds as I haven't gotten round to doing it yet. Here's a preview to sate your curiosity:
