Taffington Boathouse Renewal restores the property to its former glory and adds a few extra bonuses with the ultimate goal to make it a beautiful settlement for the Sole Survivor to settle in. It is fully fixed with a ton of attention to the tiniest detail.
Wasteland Workshop and Contraptions DLCs are required
Neither edition removes all the original objects. If you want the house empty, you have to scrap everything naturally

WHAT'S NEW :
[]- The roofs, the windows, the railings, the deck and all other broken objects were fixed. []- Both the boathouse and the warehouse are repaired. []- The warehouse and its deck have been extended to align with the rest of the deck. []- All the dead grass and bushes were removed from the property and the bushes infront of the house were trimmed. []- The entire deck has been aligned to look beautiful. Previously it was all over the place and made weird shapes. []- All the traps from the house were removed. []- The door in the Warehouse now opens to the logically correct direction and you can replace them with your own. []- The boathouse wooden doors were changed to garage doors which you can power ON/OFF. []- Added a boat to the dock behind the house. []- There are 3 railings on the right side of the house which allow you and your settlers to lean on. []- Added a beautiful fence around the property. []- Fixes the oil lamps, warehouse ladders and railings. [
