Taffington Boathouse Reborn - Settlement Blueprint

Ever thought Taffington Boathouse had potential but you just didn't have enough of a build area? I've managed to create a lore-friendly and rustic-feeling settlement that can keep a whopping 42 settlers happy!

Notes and Known Issues:

1.  This blueprint utilized Better Stores for the stores under the pavilion, but this mod is no longer available. I recommend Crimsonrider's Immersive Market Stores as a replacement. You can also try the German or French translations of Better Stores, which ARE still available, as it's not that hard to figure out what's what.

2.  For some reason Transfer Settlements thinks you need Snap 'n Build, Build Your Own Pool, and Eli's Craftable Display Shelves. You don't. It will work just fine without them.

3.  If you notice floating turrets, just move them to ground.
