Patch for Tactical Flashlights. Makes main plugin save-safe ESL and comes with custom eXoPatch that tweaks the flashlights.

Rebalance

• []Reduced value of all the flashlights by roughly 50% to better match the value of the materials used.

  []Removed "Legendary" and "Weave" slots from all the armors as I believe Weave should be for only the body and they already come with "Enchantments".

  []Changed the biped slot for the Vanguard Headgear from 61 (FX) to 46 (Headband).

  []Changed the biped slot for the Sonic Earpiece from 61 (FX) to 57 (Unnamed) and removed the Enchantment. I didn't want the usage of the Flashlights to be a matter of "stats", but rather a matter of immersion.

  Other

  • []Changed all flashlights to now use the same Attach Point: "Headlamp" rather than unique attach points for each of them.

    []Added new custom colored FX to better match the lighting cast.

    []Added "Misc Iitem" for the Headlamps so that they can now be detached without loosing it. And since they all now use the same Attach Point you can now swap lamps around between different Flashlights.

    []Added a new "Old Incandescent Bulb" with really low range. Perfect for when you want to dungeon crawl and maintain the immersion of the location.
