Swimming now drains your Action Points.
No fancy description, it does exactly what it says on the tin.
Taking a nice dip in the Commonwealth waters will now deplete your action points, turning the game's lackluster underwater exploration into... still a lackluster experience, but now you have another AP sink to deal with. Dive in at your own risk, folks. Happy swimming!
The mod uses RobCo Patcher to add a hidden perk to the player that drains your action points when swimming (3 AP/sec).
If you don't use RobCo Patcher, type in console player.addperk xx000F9A. The xx depends on your load order.
