Agreed, you can hurt yourself by straining to pick up too much. You can pull a muscle, hurt your back or (in the case of a steroid infused former body-builder friend of my dad's) snap your femur while dead lifting...seriously...his FEMUR! You're not going to KILL yourself though. You can try to pick up that bus all you like, but you're just not going to be able to. Anyway, this is just a little mod to remove the annoying periodic damage that you take from being over burdened.
