Some of the settlers, after moving to Sunshine, were concerned about the diseases that were rampant in the Commonwealth.
Not wanting to wear masks all their lives, they decided to build the largest medical center in the area and brought in all the doctors and nurses they needed.
It is a leveled city plan, so you have to be patient between each level.
It offers the medical center at level 2 with 4 clinics, 2 chem products, a sanitation plot and a chem store.
At level 3 you'll have 40 food, 63 water and up to 37 bed.
