Changes movement speed to be a bit more realistic (subjectively).
Description
There are many of these. Now there's one more.

]Make walking a little faster. - Should make NPCs move the exact same speed as you. This matches both their walk and run speeds, as well as the NPC exclusive "fast walk" (it's now the same as normal walk speed)
The values are identical to Realistic Movement Speed for the Wasteland with two exceptions.
I made running speed a little faster than in that mod (still slower than vanilla).
And I changed forward sprint speed back to vanilla because lowering it makes you unable to melee attack while sprinting.
Compatibility
Incompatible with anything that alters movement speed.
The plugin changes from RAW INPUT have been carried over to my mod so they are compatible. Load my mod after RAW INPUT.
