Stealth Boy Power Armor Transition Glare Effect Removal

This is a VERY simple FO4Edit created mod that essentially removes the annoying 2. 5 second glare effect when you go into sneak mode while wearing Stealth Boy modded Power Armor.  Why Bethesda thought this was a good idea I don't know, but I can't stand it...  I'm pretty sure the same effect is used when turning on an actual Stealth Boy device, but there seems to be some other effect that triggers and I couldn't see a glare anyways, with or without my mod.

EDIT 2: Looks like there is already a mod that does this.  His gets rid of the glare and creates an effect that makes it easier to aim, so overall his is probably better, but I'll leave mine up since I think the name of mine is a little more straightforward as to what it does (I've actually seen his mod in the list but always assumed it was some kind of texture mod or something based on the title).  Though I've not tested his out yet, it is probably more preferable.  Link is here:  http://www.nexusmods.com/fallout4/mods/1886/

EDIT 3: After taking a look at his I will definitely leave mine up.  His initial version has a known problem where it causes mouse issues in the pip screen.  He then made a no glare effect only version (so basically the same as what mine is doing), but he does it in a very different way (he removes the magic effect whereas I leave the effect in place but reduce it to such a small amount of time you can't see it).  I don't know if his method or my method is better, but I'll leave them both up and the public can decide over time.

UPDATE:  Realized I left an unedited file in the esp.  It may have caused the lighting level to change once crouched. There are two modifiers for the stealth boy.  One for the transition (which is what my mod edits) and one for once your crouched.  I've now removed the extra, unneeded file and it may fix any issues that you may have had if you tried it before.

To install this, simply downlad the .rar file (preferably with NMM) and install it just like any other plugin style mod (with NMM that means just activating it in the Mods tab of NMM.  Without NMM or some other mod manager it means unzipping it and putting the .esp file in the Data folder of your game's install directory, then turning on modding by putting the line bEnableFileSelection=1 under the section of your Fallout4Prefs.ini file under your C:\Users\WindowsUsername\My Games\Fallout4\ directory and, lastly, putting the name of the .esp file in your plugins.txt file in your C:\Users\WindowsUsername\AppData\Local\Fallout4 directory (you can also put an entry in your loadorder.txt file if you have one as well).  But seriou
