If you're looking for a perk overhaul, sorry this isn't the place for it. BUT, bigCMan is making it! That mod also includes their own version of the STATS Animation, go check that out too!
This mod was more of an experiment on how fast and efficiently I can make a whole new STATS animation. Finished in about 2 days.
Speaking of that mod, it was the one that inspired this mod. This is a more accurate presentation of the Vault Girl (traced referenced from the Black Widow Image).
